Kyocera Cerabrid Frying Pan, Champagne Gold

The Cerabrid frying pan is the most popular of Kyocera's frying pan series.

The interior is coated with Kyocera's proprietary ceramic process, which provides excellent heat conduction and, with the added benefit of far-infrared radiation, ensures thorough cooking. The far-infrared effect also prevents sticky, watery food from being cooked through, making it one of the best coated frying pans around. The ceramic coating allows for smooth, non-stick cooking with just a little oil, yet is safe and secure, as it contains no chemicals (PTFE/PFOA) that can harm the human body or the environment.

The pure white interior coating gives a clean look and brightens up your kitchen, but it also makes it easy to see how your food is done, making it a great choice for those who often cook Italian or French cuisine and simmer sauces. The body is a champagne gold-like beige, giving it a subdued yet luxurious feel.

The handle has a fire guard to protect your hands from burns.
