Made of iron with excellent heat retention, it cooks food to perfection. The "Small Square" is for one egg, the "Square" is for two to three eggs, and the "Large Square" is for four to six eggs. The fiber lines on the inside of the frying pan are not a coating like fluorine or ceramic, but a specially processed iron plate with an uneven surface. It absorbs oil well, and the uneven surface reduces the contact area between the food and the pan, preventing burning and sticking.
The wooden handle is made of tough, water-resistant teak. It contains a lot of oil, making it a water-resistant material that is also used for ship decking. The handle is finished with natural oil, and if it feels dry, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to extend its life.
