Burnt cedar lid 19cm x 19cm

This charred cedar wood lid is perfect for square frying pans (tamagoyaki pans). It's convenient for when you want to cover something briefly or when you want to flip the cooked tamagoyaki over the lid to remove it. It's made from domestic cedar, charred and processed by a Japanese manufacturer, so you can be sure of its quality.

■■■Notes about wooden lids■■■

・When cooking with the lid on, be careful with the heat. If the part of the pan or pot that protrudes from the lid comes into contact with the flame, it may catch fire.
- Since burnt cedar will produce soot, please wash it thoroughly with detergent before use.
・Charcoal-burned cedar has a unique scent. It will disappear as you use it, but please be careful if you are sensitive to the scent.
- Due to the manufacturing process, there may be small scratches or scuffs on the product, but these are not defects. As this product is made from natural materials, there may be variations in color and grain, as well as small dents. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for such reasons.
