This mountain cherry wooden spatula features an exquisite curve that makes it easy to stir ingredients in stir-fries and stews, and its length is just right—not too short or too long. The natural wood texture is soft to the touch and comfortable to hold. We researched and developed a shape and material that is easy to use and won't scratch coated frying pans or pots. Choose from two types: oil-finished or unpainted solid wood.
1. What is the appeal of cherry trees? The unique grain patterns and colors created by nature vary depending on the land and environment in which they grow, and this is the appeal of natural wood, where no two pieces are the same.
Among these, cherry wood is hard and sticky, making it ideal for spatulas, as it can withstand prolonged use. The more you use it, the more flavorful the spatula will develop. Its length of about 30cm is neither too short nor too long, making it perfect for any cooking situation.
*Wood grain varies from piece to piece. We cannot accept returns for reasons such as not liking the wood grain. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
2. Care Instructions
[Before use]
-Please wash with dish detergent before use.
- Do not leave it in a hot pot or frying pan.
-Please do not use in microwave ovens or dishwashers.
[After use]
-Wash with a sponge and dish soap.
- Do not soak in water for long periods of time or use abrasive sponges, metal scrubbers, or cleansers, as this will damage the wood's texture.
- Avoid storing in direct sunlight, near a stove, or in a humid place.
・Excessive dryness can cause cracks. If you feel that the wood is getting dry, apply oil to it to care for it.
-Unpainted solid wood is prone to absorbing water, so be sure to dry it thoroughly before storing it to prevent mold.
